Can anyone join the Affiliate Programme?

No. We will only accept Affiliate?s from existing on line retail stores/ bookshops/ or organisations with a similar business model of those books they wish to sell. i.e. An Athletic Club would be welcomed should they wish to promote and sell Dwain Chambers, Race Against Me. Likewise, if an Ex-Servicemen?s site wanted to sell Horace Greasley?s graphic account of a WWII POW camp then they too would be welcomed into the programme.

How long does the programme run?

There is no time limit and you can sell the books for as long as the book remains in print. Should you feel your site is not working you can simply remove the link or request our webmaster to do it.

Can Libros International remove the link and end the relationship?

Yes. We will monitor your website to make sure it continues to meet with our approval. Should we decide to take the unusual step in severing a link we will notify you by e-mail and forward all payments on to you for book sales within the system.

Are there any up front or ongoing fees to participate in the programme?

No.

How much can I earn?

We offer a competitive commission structure as well as provide you with tools that will help make your program a success. Just how successful is up to you.

When will I be paid for books sold?

Affiliates with a secure payment gateway will receive payment immediately their customers payment is processed. Affiliates with a Libros Link will be compensated every three months.

Are there any charges for text and images supplied to my webmaster?

No.

How much do we charge our clients for post and package?

£2.50 in all cases. Make sure that your customer is fully aware of this charge and make sure any payments are received inclusive of P&P

How do I create links for my site?

Once you have been accepted into our affiliate program, log into your account at www.librosinternational.com/catalog and select "Build a Link" from the Affiliate Banners menu. In this section, you will need to Enter the product number you wish to link to and press "Build a Link". Alternatively, once logged in, you can browse to a product and select "Build a Link" from the product description.

Once you have done this the code will be automatically generated for you to copy and paste in your site. Code is available with a product image or as plain text. You do not need to copy the image, this will automatically appear.

How do I track my earnings?

You can log into www.librosinternational.com anytime to check your account. Here you will find reports containing information on traffic, clicks thru, transactions, and commissions earned.

How are product refunds handled?

All commissions are paid based on net sales (Net Sales = Total sales - refunds).

How can I update my account information?

You are able to change any or all of your account information by logging into www.librosinternational.com and clicking on the "Edit Affiliate Account" link under the "Affiliate Summary" heading in the top navigation.
